Size: The costumes are different from daily clothes, made in a variety of different materials with specialized stitching and parts. Please check our size chart below before ordering, the size is a little different from usual clothes. All dimensions are measured manually with deviation at 1-3cm.

1. Cancellation within 24 hours:
You can get a full refund.
2. Cancellation after 24 hours:
If your order has been processed, it can't be cancelled.
3. Fulfilled orders:
Once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Custom orders:
Once the customized product plan is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. If the order has been scheduled for production, the order plan cannot be changed.
5. Out of stock orders:
Sometimes some items will be sold out. We will contact you via email to cancel your order. If you have not replied to us or our email was refused, your order will be cancelled after 48 hours. In this situation, you will get a 100% refund.
6. Tailoring and custom costumes:
Pre-order and some sizes of the costumes need to be tailored, the custom and tailoring order can't be cancelled after it has been processed. If you are worried about the time, please contact us first for the stock information.
