Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process steps:
Step 1: Please email info@awcos.com to initiate your return request. Please describe the issue you are experiencing and provide clear photos of the product and the shipping label from the packaging.
Step 2: If approved, you will receive a return confirm email with the return address.
Step 3: Please return the item within 14 days of receiving it. If it exceeds 14 days, we will consider that you have waived the return/exchange service. Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item.
Step 4: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will conduct a quality inspection to confirm that the product is intact. We will arrange a refund or exchange within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your package.
Returns/exchanges are available:
1. Make sure the product is unused and all costumes and accessories are intact and in their original packaging.
2. If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a correct one for free.
3. If the product you received is defective or missing accessories, we will resend the defective or missing part. If the defect affects the entire set of products, we will resend a new set.
4. If the product is not as described, please provide clear photos of the discrepancy along with a description so we can exchange the product. Please note that slight color differences between the photo and the actual product are not covered by this policy.
Returns/exchanges are not available:
1. Products that have been used or washed.
2. Stained or damaged products.
3. For products customized according to customer requirements, including customized sizes, colors and styles, and other customized items, we only provide new products or parts to replace defective products or parts.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and make the refund on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@awcos.com.
1. After the item has been shipped, you must request a return after receiving the item. We can only process refunds after receiving the returned item.
2. If we send the wrong item, we will resend the correct item. If you no longer need the item, please request a return, and we will process the refund after receiving the returned item.
3. If the item has quality issues or defects, please contact us. If a return is necessary, we will process the refund after receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs will be borne by us. If a return is not necessary, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. Color display errors and minor product detail adjustments are not considered quality issues.
4. If the item itself has no quality issues, but the return or exchange is due to the customer's own reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties (if any). We will only refund the price of the item; shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. If the package is delayed due to logistics or other uncontrollable factors, please wait patiently for the package to arrive. We cannot process refunds for this reason.
6. If the package is lost during transit, please contact us. After confirmation from the carrier, we will contact you and resend the package. If you no longer need the item, we will process a refund within 5 business days.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
