1. Cancellation within 24 hours:
You can get full refund.
2. Cancellation after 24 hours:
If your order has been processed, can't be canceled.
3. Fulfilled orders:
Once your order has been Fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
4. Custom orders:
Once the customized product plan is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. If the order has been scheduled for production, the order plan cannot be changed.
5. Out of stock orders:
Sometimes some items will be sold out, we will contact you via email to cancel your order, if you have not replied us or our email was refused, your order will be canceled after 48 hours, in this situation you will get 100% refund.
6. Tailoring and custom costumes:
Pre-order and some sizes of the costumes need to be tailored, the custom and tailoring order can't be canceled after it has been processed. If you worried about the time, please contact us first for the stock information.
If you are not satisfied with the product, don't worry, we offer a 14-days return and refund policy to all our customers. If you need to return a product, please read the following terms carefully before proceeding.
Return process steps:
Step 1: Please email info@awcos.com to initiate your return request. Please describe the issue you are experiencing and provide clear photos of the product and the shipping label from the packaging.
Step 2: If approved, you will receive a return confirm email with return address.
Step 3: Please return the item within 14 days of receiving it. If it exceeds 14 days, we will consider that you have waived the return/exchange service. Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item.
Step 4: We will arrange a refund or exchange within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your package. The arrival time of different banks may vary (2-7 business days).
Returns/exchanges are available:
1. Make sure the product is unused and all costumes and accessories are intact and in their original packaging.
2. If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a correct one for free.
3. If the product you received is defective or missing accessories, we will resend the defective or missing part. If the defect affects the entire set of products, we will resend a new set.
4. If the product is not as described, please provide clear photos of the discrepancy along with a description so we can exchange the product or refund your money. Please note that slight color differences between the photo and the actual product are not covered by this policy.
Returns/exchanges are not available:
1. Products that have been used or washed.
2. Products smelling of cigarette smoke or perfume.
3. Stained or severely damaged products.
4. For products customized according to customer requirements, including customized sizes, colors and styles, and other customized items, we only provide new products or parts to replace defective products or parts.
5. Product delivery failed because the customer provided an incorrect address.

1. Extended Shipping:
Full refunds are provided when express shipping takes longer than 30 business days or standard shipping takes longer than 60 business days.
2. Do not refuse your package.
If your package is refused, it will be returned to the post office. It will take a long time for the post office to process your package, and your package may be lost during the return. We can only issue a refund after we receive your package.

If the product does not have any quality problems, returns/exchanges due to customer own reasons, the buyer will bear the back and forth postage and the customs fees (if needed). We can only refund the product amount you paid, the shipping cost will be deducted.
3. Received a defective or wrong item:
We offer partial refunds for defective product parts and 100% refunds for wrong products sent.
4. Package lost:
If the shipping company fails to deliver the package, we will refund the full amount (including shipping costs). No refund will be accepted if the customer provides an incorrect address.
5. Refunds for free shipping order:
Even if the order is free shipping, we have already paid the shipping fees of the package. If the customer returns the order without reason, we will still deduct the corresponding shipping fees when refunding.
6. Refund time
Once we've received and inspected your returned package, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be automatically refunded to your account/card by original payment method. Refunds for canceled orders will also be processed within 3 business days.
