1. Handling Times
It usually takes about 3 business days to process your orders, which does not include holidays.
2. Tailoring Times:
Referring to the product description, when the costume is in stock, no tailoring time is required, when the costume is out of stock or the costume is pre-ordered, tailoring is required, and different costumes require different time.

A. Before shipment
Please contact us to modify the address free of charge.
B. After Shipment
We will not be able to change the address after shipment. However, we can try to contact the shipping company to change it, but we cannot guarantee that it will be successful.
